| An investigation is a very effective method of identifying and dealing with maintenance problems on a site. The cost includes all necessary labour and access equipment to identify and report on any issues.
Where possible, we will carry out the necessary repairs at the same time, with no additional labour costs. If the repairs are too extensive to be managed within an investigation or they require specialist equipment, we will provide a detailed report identifying the work that is needed, along with cost estimates.
We charge a standard fee of £1170 +VAT for a 3-day investigation.
