All types of work can be successfully undertaken, such as the repair or replacement of roofing, guttering, brickwork, internal walls and ceilings, concreting, paving and internal flooring. Not only can we take care of the fabric of a building, we also maintain and repair drainage, external areas such as boundary walls and fences, approach roads, hard standings and parking areas, whether concrete, tarmac or paved.

A Surveyor will visit the site to assess the building and the work required, take photos for Risk Assessment and prepare a quotation, which includes suggested repair methods, work involved, costs and Health & Safety issues.

If specialist access equipment is required, the Surveyor will request that we carry out an investigation at an agreed cost. And even once the work starts we will provide daily feedback to keep the client up-to-date with hours on site and materials used, making sure that they are satisfied with the progress.

We employ experienced operatives, who are regularly assessed to ensure every job is carried out to the highest possible standards. We also follow strict Health & Safety procedures, in order to protect our clients, their managers and employees, as well as our workforce.
