United Biscuits were one of our first Propertycare customers. We started working with them in January 2005, shortly after the service was launched.
With no specific maintenance plan in place, they had developed a number of problems around the site. They used our Propertycare repair packs to tackle jobs such as flooring repairs, painting, doors, plumbing and the prevention of rodents and infestation.
United Biscuits chose Lyndon as we gave them someone to delegate their problems to and offered a single point-of-contact for all of their maintenance needs. They provide us with a regular list of jobs to be done and we manage the resources to make it happen.
They have found it more cost-effective than an in-house team and are able to tap into a far more diverse range of skills than an on-site team could ever offer.
We have also been involved with various contracted work for United Biscuits and we look forward to a long relationship with them in the future.
