Surveyors Sanderson Weatherall invited us to tender for maintenance and repair work to a building owned by Clerical Medical.
A 'Schedule of Dilapidation' had been drawn up on the departure of a long-term tenant and identified substantial work to be done.
The portal frame building houses commercial premises with integral offices, loading bays for HGV access and a concrete yard for storage and parking.
We won the project on competitive tender and provided concrete groundwork repairs, roof and guttering work, external cladding repair and replacement and internal office refurbishment.
Despite substantial works being added to the project, it was finished on-time, on-budget and with no defects.
